No joint work, (meaning working with other people – not the illegal substance stuff, although we don’t want that either) all examples must be original work (like Van Gogh, Da Vinci or even Warhol). No customized templates or work performed with an existing framework (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).
We need to see what you can do – no Tiger Woods stuff (cheatin’).
Ladies and gentlemen, we are company that you’ve always wanted to work for. Young and aggressive (but not a “start up”, we’ve been around for 7 ½ years), growing like crazy (revenues tripled from last year) and we’re gearing up for a monster 2010.
I need people who not only are a good “fit” for us, but that can absolutely blow our socks off with their creative funk.
I won’t bore you with the blah, blah, blah of work ethic, initiative, outside the box and all that other stuff, we’ll figure that out when we meet with you, the hiring process is unique, not as fast as it could be and gut wrenchingly thorough, but just know that the day we offer you a job will be better than the time you were picked first for your 2nd grade kick-ball team.
If you can do what we’ve asked (don’t waste any of our time if you can’t) and think you may be “the one”, then send me your resume and examples and then we’ll talk.
