Culture is a big part of our success at One on One. It takes the right kind of person to join our team, and it's not all about work experience or education. We know that the will to win and a good sense of humor are just as important. Check out these snippets from One on One's culture - this is how we roll.
Fun = Work = Fun
At One on One, fun and hard work go hand in hand. We believe in striving for big goals and celebrating when we hit them. We work with the coolest, most talented people imaginable. We get a kick out of outshining our competition and creating bigger and better ways to serve our clients.
There's a reason our mascot is a charging buffalo. When we see obstacles, we don't stop. We plow right through them. We do this with creativity,
smarts, and plain old grit. For us, quitting isn't in our vocabulary, it's not even on our radar.
Are You In?
At One On One, our goal is nothing short of being number one in each of our verticals. We challenge each other again and again to commit to this goal because we know to expect anything less would be settling. We sum up this challenge in three words: "ARE YOU IN?" If we are in, there is nothing we can't accomplish. If we aren't in, our efforts will fail. So the question you should be asking yourself is...
Come to Win
We'll admit it: we're competitive. In our break room is a ping pong table dinged from the blows of furious paddles. At the center of our office is a basketball court. All of these are a testament to our desire to win... and how much we hate losing. Whether we're crushing our goals or smashing ping pong balls in half, we leave it all on the field.
Fast and Loose
We take our commitment to our clients seriously - but not ourselves. Two years ago, neckties were officially abolished from One on One in a solemn tie-burning ceremony. So now it's professional casual Monday through
Thursday. On Fridays, we bust out the jeans, t-shirts, and flip flops.
If you're thinking of joining us, bring your best jokes. Not an hour goes by that we aren't laughing. Frowns, groans, or other displays of boredom are severely punished. We haven't tried tickle torture- you know, HR stuff.

Celebrate Good Times, Come On!
One on One knows how to rock. For our annual March Madness party, we rent out a nearby building filled with basketball courts, racquetball courts, pool tables, plasma screens, ping pong tables, and all the snackage you can legally consume in one afternoon. We party in style for our Christmas party at the Sundance resort in the breathtaking Provo Canyon.
We haven't even mentioned the potlucks, barbecues, picnics, bowling, dance routines, and impromptu putting matches. Yeah, you could say we like to play, to celebrate what we create together every day at One on One. It's what makes One on One the best internet marketing company around.
